I kind of bought this on a whim. I was surprised at how high quality it was. It is bigger and sturdier than I expected, and I love that it came with a really nice storage case. I fell out of a bunk bed when I was 5 and have suffered severe neck and shoulder pain ever since. Sometimes I can't even move my neck. This helps so much! I use it almost every day! It is small and easy enough to use that I don't need to ask someone else to help me. And I can focus the pressure where I need it most. I've tried other massagers, but you have to lay on them to get them to work properly. And even then I can't get the intense pressure that I need to loosen those tight muscles. This has been a life saver! I highly recommend it!!
